We’re happy to share another update on construction progress at La Bella!
Last week, our construction team completed the removal of the existing underground sewer lines and installed stormwater pollution prevention measures and erosion controls to help protect the surrounding area during construction.
This week, crews are continuing site preparation activities, including soil treatment and compaction. We are also conducting dust monitoring, compaction testing, and general site cleanup. As part of this work, the team is finishing the grading process to bring the site to its planned rough grade and ensure the soil is properly compacted.
Looking ahead, surveying will continue throughout the grading process to verify that site elevations and alignments are consistent with the project plans. Our team will also begin laying out the locations for upcoming excavations.
Upcoming Traffic Notice
During the week of November 2, neighbors may notice trucks offloading materials near the construction site. Flaggers will be present to help direct traffic and maintain safety during these deliveries. We appreciate your patience and understanding while this work takes place.
